Why do I need a wedding coordinator?

To truly enjoy your wedding day, invest in friends, family & guests without worrying about the details.  To have a peace of mind that everything will run smoothly.  Wedding coordinators are professionals who have experience and industry relationships that will allow the couple's wedding vision come to life.

What is the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding coordinator?

A wedding planner is with you throughout the majority of your wedding planning process (budgets,  will take on the role of a wedding coordinator on the day of your wedding, a wedding coordinator is generally considered a separate person for those brides doing the majority of planning themselves.

Is there a minimum budget that you work with?

No.  We can cater our services a la carte to your specific needs.  If the packages offered are too much or too little we will work with you to design a custom package to fit you.  Now, if something isn't feasible within your preferred price point, then we can work with you to make alternative suggestions instead that may be more suitable.

How much do you charge?

Our standard package prices can be found on our Services page.  Additional services are dependent on guest count and hours required.

Will you be at my wedding on the day of?

Of course! After hours of planning we want to be there on the day, not just to see the beauty of everything come together, but also to ensure you can relax, enjoy your day and rest assured that we are on hand to help everything run smoothly and efficiently as well as deal with any unexpected hiccups should they arise.  Depending on the size and logistics of your wedding the lead coordinator (and possibly a partner planner) will be present from set up until tear down.

Do you only work with certain vendors and venues?

No, this is your big day so we will work with whomever you've booked.  By having our pre-wedding consultations and developing your wedding day timeline, we distribute it to all of your vendors ensuring we are all on the same page on your wedding day.

I want to host a pre / post wedding event, do you coordinate those as well?

Yes we do!  We can coordinate pool parties, BBQs, private dining, excursions, etc.  Just let us know during your initial consultation what you would like and we'll work with you to execute it with the same vigor as your wedding day.  (If you decide to add on events / days after your contract signing we may be able to accommodate that as well, just ask your coordinator for more details).

How do you plan my destination wedding when you're located in South Florida?

With the era of technology we utilize phone, email and video messaging to work with your selected venue and vendors just as if they were right here in town.  When planning your package however we suggest adding an additional coordinator day beforehand.  This will allow us to do one final meeting with the vendors, see the venue (to make any last minute changes), and coordinate a rehearsal so that the bridal party is comfortable as well.

How do you plan my South Florida wedding when i'm out of town?

Our couples come from all over the world, not just South Florida. It’s great for us to meet in person whenever possible, but if need be we can do everything using phone, email and video messaging. The same concept applies when working with our vendors and venues.  Having the right people around you is essential to a successful event.  We personally visit your selected venue(s), get to know your vendors so that together we can effectively work to plan and deliver your day, regardless of location.
