Meet The Founder


Jennifer Phillips

Founder & Lead Coordinator

     TCM was founded out of Jennifer Phillips’ passion for organizing and creating events for personal and work related functions.  What started out as a “just for fun” service has now become a professional venture.

     Jennifer Phillips has a natural knack for entertaining and assisting people.  Guest experience at every occasion is of her utmost concern.  This started at a very young age with helping her mother set up functions for family affairs.  She grew more in the event coordination field in her middle and high school years by organizing events in church, school and other socio-civic groups.

In her professional career she has worked as a project coordinator for a large government organization implementing multi-million dollar projects as well as organizing many large scale events with attendance in the hundreds.

She however, is a South Florida native and craft junkie understanding the want and need for DIY weddings.  She loves to work personally and thoroughly with every couple to ensure that every aspect of the wedding is understood and carried out with care and professionalism.
